The Sunset Dream That Spoke Through My Dream.

In 2024, I had a dream that has stayed with me.

One night, before my husband’s stroke, I had a dream so vivid it still lingers with me today.

In the dream, I was with my daughter in a new place. The light was soft, the kind of glow that comes just before the sunset. My husband wasn’t there. Instead, another boy appeared.

I woke up unsettled, almost afraid. A part of me wondered if this was Spirit’s way of telling me I was going to lose my husband. The dream felt too real to brush aside.

For a long time, I never paid much attention to my dreams. I thought they were just my imagination. But after a series of dreams began coming true-especially once I connected with my spirit guides-I realized they carried messages I could no longer ignore.

Weeks later, everything changed. My husband suffered a stroke, and in an instant, the life we knew shifted.

Looking back, I realized that dream wasn’t about losing him forever - it was preparing me. It was Spirit showing me that change was coming, that I would need strength, that my daughter and I would carry each other through unknown waters.

Sometimes our dreams are not warning to fear, but gentle preparations for what our soul already senses. They remind us that even in hardest transitions, we never walking alone.

Across folklore and spiritual traditions, dreams have always been seen as bridges between worlds-messages from ancestors, whispers from guides, or visions of what is yet to unfold. I believe this dream was all of that: a warning, a guide and a comfort.

Now when I dream, I don’t dismiss it. I ask: What are you showing me? What do I need prepare for?

Have you ever seen a dream appear in your waking life?
